FAQ’s

A: We offer both telehealth and in-person sessions. In person sessions take place at our office in Cherry Tower on Fridays based on availability.

A: Our current rate is $170 for 50 minute sessions and an additional $85 for each additional 25 minutes. These rates apply to both individuals and couples. Hypnotherapy sessions are booked in 2 hour blocks with the rate of $350 per session.

A: We offer a free initial 20-30 minute phone consultation to learn more about what you’re facing right now and what you’re seeking in therapy. The purpose of this call is to ensure you feel comfortable working with us and we possess the skills and knowledge necessary to help you work through any challenges that bring you to therapy.

A: We accept payments via debit/credit cards through Simple Practice, a HIPAA compliant credit card processing system. We require each client to keep a credit card on file for payments to be processed at the end of each session and for sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice per our cancellation policy.

A:  We are considered an Out-of-Network provider and therefore, do not accept insurance.  However, we can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Superbills do not guarantee reimbursement.

A: An appointment means that a specific time is reserved for you. Out of fairness to others that may wish to reserve that spot, it is our policy to receive a cancellation notice at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours or No Shows will result in being charged the full session rate.

A: All sessions are through a HIPAA compliant online program specifically designed to provide online healthcare services called Simple Practice. You will have access to an individualized client portal allowing you to keep track of your scheduling, billing, and documentation throughout your therapeutic journey.

A: We feel it’s important that you and your therapist have a great working relationship. We are here to help you and/or your partner(s) succeed in finding connection, intimacy, and secure attachment. Therefore, we ask clients/couples to verbally commit (this is not a contract) to at least 6 sessions. This time together will allow us to build a relationship base that will foster a collaborative working environment.

For your convenience, sessions are booked at the same day/time each week. However, if something comes up that conflicts with your regularly scheduled time, we can certainly work around it.
